With China now in a more mature stage of economic growth, businesses in the plastics processing industry are seeking greater returns on investment, especially in equipment and machinery. For Jebsen Industrial’s Automation & Services business line, this is an opportunity to introduce local businesses to advanced technologies and equipment that can contribute to enhanced product quality, productivity and efficiency — which will in turn translate into sustainable, long-term success.

The Automation & Services team is collaborating with six principals for Chinaplas 2017, Asia’s number one and the world’s number two plastics and rubber trade fair. This year, the annual tradeshow features 16 themed zones for bioplastics, extrusion machinery and plastics packaging as well as smart manufacturing technology, composites, high performance materials, film technology and more, underscoring an industry need for advanced and effective solutions.

Visitors to Jebsen Industrial’s booth at Chinaplas 2017 can expect to meet AFS , the pre-printing surface treatment specialist whose solutions are used to improve the bonding characteristics of materials such as plastics and paper prior to coating, laminating, or assembling.

Kroenert , the world leader in smart coating and laminating solutions, will also be present to showcase its technologically advanced machines and lines for coating web-like materials such as paper, foil and film as well as their laminates.

Visitors will also engage with Nordson, a world leader in thermoplastic materials since 1964, with renowned technologies in melting, homogenising, filtering, metering and giving shape to plastic and fluid coating materials.

Neue Herbold ’s complete programme for the size reduction and preparation of plastic waste from production and plastic waste collection points is expected to draw significant attention from local visitors, while Schwing’s advanced thermal cleaning technologies for the removal of polymers and organic contaminations from metal tools and machine parts of any type and size will also be a key attraction.

Softal, the German leader in the treatment of plastic, paper and metal surfaces and a specialist in custom-built corona systems, will also make an appearance at Chinaplas 2017 in collaboration with Jebsen Industrial.
