PROCESSING THE FUTURE AT CHINA COMPOSITES EXPO 2017

Date: 2017.09.06 ~ 2017.09.08

Stronger. Lighter. More advanced. Composite materials are making their way into a multitude of industries, from automotive and aerospace to construction and medicine, but leveraging the benefits of composites requires technical expertise. To arm the local industry with the equipment and know-how that they need, Jebsen Industrial participated in the China Composites Expo 2017.

At the tradeshow, held in Shanghai from Sept 6-8, Jebsen Industrial’s Automation & Services team joined hands with long-standing principal Kroenert to present some of the brand’s cutting-edge technologies for the composites industry.

The Germany-based technology owner provides solutions for the production and laboratory trial run of composite materials including carbon fibre and glass fibre for the aviation, automotive, maritime and computing industries. It also manufactures customised epoxy film coating and laminating machinery, machines for prepreg production, compacting nips, heating/cooling plates as well as winding and drying equipment for the composites industry. The quality and accuracy of its solutions has been verified by the global composite industry and localised for China by Jebsen Industrial.

About 200 tradeshow visitors had the opportunity to engage Jebsen Industrial’s onsite team to learn more about Kroenert ’s advanced technologies and Jebsen Industrial’s localised business knowledge — combined to help Chinese companies enjoy innovation efficiency.

“As a fully integrated, end-to-end engineering solutions provider for industrial automation and optimisation in Asia, our role is to help customers maximise productivity and enhance production quality. In the composites industry, we are proud to bring Kroenert ’s proven, world-class technology to China and help our customers use these solutions to sharpen their competitive advantage,” said Rachel Cheung, Business Line Leader of Automation & Services, Jebsen Industrial.
