JEBSEN INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS GERMAN BLOWN FILM LINE PRODUCER HOSOKAWA ALPINE

Plastics are a key area of material technology revolution, where focussing on function is the future direction of plastic films. Co-extrusion films, which open up wide possibilities for the R&D and production of functional plastic films, have seen the fastest development in the field of plastic films.

With decades of experience in China’s plastics processing industry, Jebsen Industrial has partnered up with Hosokawa Alpine, the world’s leading supplier of blown film lines, in 2014. As Hosokawa Alpine’s exclusive distributor in Greater China, Jebsen Industrial is committed to introducing internationally first-rate technologies and co-extrusion film lines which are 100% developed, manufactured and assembled in Germany to empower business growth of Chinese customers in the blown film market.

As an international leader in blown film lines, Hosokawa Alpine provides customers with innovative high-value lines to produce plastic films of exceptional quality. The company, based in Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany, has over 100 years of history and has been leading and setting new standards in the blown film industry for 60 years. Through continuous R&D, experimenting and optimization, it enables its customers to produce perfect films for their respective purposes.

With decades of experience in China’s plastics processing industry, Jebsen Industrial has partnered up with Hosokawa Alpine, the world’s leading supplier of blown film lines, in 2014.

At the K Show 2013, Hosokawa Alpine introduced the world-leading patented 11-layer die head of the X-Series. Die head is the core of the co-extrusion film technology. Hosokawa Alpine die heads are 100% sophisticatedly processed in-house, starting from raw materials.

Where 7- and 9-layer composites reach their limits, Hosokawa Alpine’s X die head for 11-layer production opens up completely new options. For processors operating with 11-layer technology, this high level of versatility presents a definite leading edge as the intelligent combination of different functional layers reduces production costs. The highest savings, however, can be realised by replacing laminated structures with extruded composites. There is a particularly wide range of potential applications for 11-layer film in the food packaging segment.

As an international leader in blown film lines, Hosokawa Alpine provides customers with innovative high-value lines to produce plastic films of exceptional quality.

At the K Show 2013, Hosokawa Alpine also showcased its unique monoaxial film orientation lines (MDO), which enable the customers to optimize film properties, stiffness, shrinkage or tear resistance to suit your area of application.

Compared to non-oriented film of similar thickness, oriented film is distinguished by superior mechanical and optical properties. Barrier film orientation reduces its gas and vapor permeability.

The cooperation between Jebsen Industrial and Hosokawa Alpine is not confined to equipment sales. We provide as well customized products and services to the customers. No matter if you have a special film formula, or if you would like to work with raw material suppliers, the experts at Jebsen Industrial and German experts at Hosokawa Alpine can develop a new formula for you, which you can experiment at the 1 through 11-layer production lines at Hosokawa Alpine’s fully equipped technology centre to experience the precision of the lines and the quality of films they produce. You can customize the lines to be manufactured for you according to your own needs. You can also have your existing lines upgraded with our high-quality imported parts to address your production capacity or product quality concerns.

All blown film lines of Hosokawa Alpine support Internet-based remote diagnosis and maintenance. Meanwhile, Jebsen Industrial’s Technical Services team provides local on-site services, enabling you to enjoy first-rate services that come with your first-rate equipment.

Jebsen Industrial and Hosokawa Alpine together bring you the co-extrusion blown film technologies of tomorrow.
