As success in today’s business environment is synonymous with dynamism and proactively taking ownership, the sessions were aptly themed Dynamism, Jebsen Industrial’s DNA”. The objective was to showcase how embracing dynamism in the internal and external business environment has led to successful projects in each business line as well as to its people’s professional growth.

Aside from the management team sharing business highlights, an updated HR structure work process project cases that successfully optimised process efficiency and staff productivity, the Townhall Dialogue sessions also featured story-sharing by three employees in each city. Through their stories, they demonstrated how dynamism has driven, motivated and empowered them to take on new or special roles and helped them grow in special projects within the company.

This round of Townhall Dialogue Sessions also placed the spotlight on several staff communication and well-being initiatives, which have been initiated in response to staff feedback received on earlier occasions. The staff events launched in this year, such as Family Day, Skip Level Management Chit-Chat Sessions and Staff Birthday Gatherings, is a manifestation of Jebsen Industrial’s commitment to its “Listen, Understand, Think & Take Action” philosophy.
