PROTECTION AGAINST MOULD AND MOISTURE FOR BUDWEISER BREWERY IN FOSHAN

 

Hygiene is an inherent concern in any brewery. The presence of high humidity and frequent water usage for cleaning in the brewing process provide an ideal environment for bacteria growth. Given that the stringent hygiene requirements from the beer industry, Deflecta concrete bacteria control solution has proved its effectiveness to combat mould growth and hold up against demanding operating condition in our recent AB InBev brewery project in China.

As the world's leading brewer, the plant is designed and constructed to operate based on the highest brewing technology and hygiene standards.

 

Our client had requested an effective and long lasting finishing to protect the wall and ceiling from mould and moisture ingress, while reducing the frequency of cleaning and maintenance cost in long run.

 

Jebsen Building Products was asked to carry out a mock up application and to put the proposed Deflecta solution to test in actual operating condition.

As a result, Deflecta Antimicrobial and Multi Sealer was applied to the remaining surface area of wall and ceiling in the new production facility.
